Please Note: In this inaugural year, we recognize that we are asking for information that you may not be able to fully access or provide extensive documentation for.  Please fill out the form as best you can and we’ll be in touch with you for further elaboration and conversation. We’re here to support your ideas and efforts in this initiative.

Who can apply?
We accept applications from coherent consortia of faculty, staff, and students. It is essential to have a well-defined Leadership Team, and CoRL can help applicants this year to develop their plans.

Who must apply?
Current houses that are themed must reapply through this process if you would like to be a University Theme House - Academic. Please contact Elaine Treharne or Cassie Vergel for more information. We’re here to help.

How do I apply?
After a thorough review of the criteria, you can fill out your application here: University Theme House-Academic ApplicationApplications are due on 24 February, 2021. 

When will I hear back about my application?
CoRL makes recommendations to the University Residence Governance Council who will make the final decision on successful applications. CoRL will be in touch with every applicant on receipt of their application.
